Which cookies this website sets, who sets them, what they are for and how you can block or delete them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site, or a service it uses, recognise your browser on later visits. Similar technologies, such as scripts that read device information, are covered by the same rules. In the UK, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) govern cookies, and UK GDPR applies when cookies involve personal data.
This site is run by Fresh & Crispy, a joint venture of Flowconverts Ltd and Freshly Brewed Ltd. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
Cookies we use
The website itself does not set any cookies of its own. The cookies below are set by two third-party services we load on every page: Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot. Names and durations are set by those providers and can change; the list describes their standard behaviour.

Other third-party requests
- Google Fonts. Our typeface loads from Google's servers. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch the font files.
- HubSpot Meetings. The calendar on our booking page is embedded from HubSpot. HubSpot may set its own cookies inside that embed.
- The free audit. Running an audit takes you to our CRISP audit application at app.getcrisp.design, which has its own cookie arrangements. [To confirm: cookies used by app.getcrisp.design.]
Your choice, and how to change it
PECR requires consent before non-essential cookies, such as analytics cookies, are placed. Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking do not load on this website until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject analytics", or make no choice, they stay off.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary for the banner to work. You can change your mind at any time: , or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies we can reach and stop the scripts.
Other ways to control cookies
You can also control cookies yourself:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies or clear cookies for a single site.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics recording your visits on any site.
- Use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts.
Blocking these cookies will not stop the website from working. You can still read every page, run the free audit and book a call.
