Sales funnels · the whole enquiry path

A sales funnel that does not stop at the form.

We plan and build the full enquiry path for UK service businesses: the page your traffic lands on, the enquiry or booking step, and the follow-up that happens once someone gets in touch.

A sales funnel for a service business is the route from first visit to booked conversation: where traffic comes from, the page it arrives on, the enquiry or booking step and the follow-up afterwards. As a sales funnel agency in the UK, Fresh & Crispy builds the pages and the follow-up, and works alongside whoever runs your ads.

  • One path, mapped end to end
  • We work with your ads team

[ 01 ]the real problem

You probably do not need more traffic yet. You need fewer leaks.

Most service businesses already get some interest from search, referrals, ads or email. The losses happen in the gaps between the stages: a visitor lands on a generic homepage, cannot find the right service, fills in a long form, then hears nothing for two days. Each stage might look fine on its own. Together, they quietly waste the attention you have already paid for, in money or in effort.

  1. 01Ad and email clicks land on the homepage instead of a page built for that offer
  2. 02The enquiry form asks for more than a first conversation needs
  3. 03Nobody gets a confirmation, so people enquire elsewhere while they wait
  4. 04Enquiries sit in an inbox rather than reaching your CRM with their source attached
[ 02 ]what the funnel changes

What a sales funnel for a service business should do.

A service funnel is not a countdown timer and a sales page. For a considered purchase, it is a short, honest route that helps the right person trust you enough to talk.

01

Traffic lands in the right place

Each main source, whether search, referrals, email or paid ads, arrives on a page that matches what the visitor clicked, not a homepage that tries to serve everyone.

02

The enquiry step is easy

The form or booking step asks only for what a first conversation needs, works properly on a phone and tells people what happens next.

03

Nobody is left waiting

A clear confirmation, a useful follow-up email and, where it fits, a short nurture sequence keep the conversation warm until you can respond properly.

04

Your team sees the source

Enquiries reach your CRM, such as HubSpot, with the page and source attached, so you can see which routes produce real conversations rather than guessing.

[ 03 ]fit and not a fit

Who a sales funnel agency is actually for.

We would rather tell you now than sell you something the evidence does not support.

A good fit when

  • You sell a considered service, such as accountancy, advisory, consulting or a specialist trade, where people enquire before they buy.
  • You already get some traffic from search, referrals, ads or email, but enquiries feel lower or patchier than they should.
  • Enquiries arrive in different places and nobody is sure which source they came from.
  • You have a campaign, a new service line or an ads budget and want somewhere better to send it.
  • You use, or plan to use, a CRM such as HubSpot and want enquiries to land there cleanly.

Not the right fit when

  • You want someone to run and optimise your Google or Meta ads day to day. We do not manage ad spend.
  • You sell products online and need checkout and cart work. That is an ecommerce job.
  • You want high-pressure tactics such as fake scarcity or countdown timers.
  • The whole website is failing, not just one route. A website design project may come first.
  • You have no traffic at all yet and no plan to create any.

Not sure which side you are on? The free CRISP audit scores your current site in about 60 seconds, and the Seamless dimension looks specifically at the friction between interest and enquiry.

[ 04 ]what you get

Four stages, scoped to the route that matters.

Most service businesses do not need a funnel for everything. We usually start with the one route that brings in the most valuable enquiries, get it working end to end, then decide whether a second route is worth building.

See how projects are priced →
Traffic and channel fit
A review of where your enquiries come from now, and advice on which channels suit the offer. If an agency or freelancer runs your ads, we agree landing URLs, tracking and messages with them.
Landing pages
Focused pages built for a specific offer, audience or campaign, with the proof and answers that visitor needs. See our landing page service for the detail.
Enquiry or booking step
Forms or booking flows with sensible fields, mobile checks, clear error messages and a confirmation that sets expectations.
Follow-up and nurture
Confirmation emails and, where it helps, a short email sequence written for people who are still deciding, not pushy reminders.
CRM hand-off and tracking
Enquiries passed to your CRM, such as HubSpot, with source and page recorded, plus analytics events so each stage can be measured.

If the problem is one weak page rather than the whole route, conversion optimisation may be enough. If people are not finding you in the first place, SEO is the better starting point.

[ 05 ]how the project runs

How we build a service business funnel, in stages.

You see the map before anything is built, and each stage is checked before the next one depends on it.

  1. 01

    Map the current path

Trace how enquiries arrive today: sources, landing pages, forms, inboxes, response times and what your CRM actually records.

Output: current-path map and main leaks
  2. 02

    Agree the route

Choose the route to build first, then agree pages, form fields, follow-up, integrations, who runs any ads and what is excluded.

Output: written scope and funnel plan
  3. 03

    Build the stages

Write and build the landing page, enquiry step, confirmation and follow-up emails, then connect them to your CRM and analytics.

Output: working funnel, tested end to end
  4. 04

    Launch and measure

Send test enquiries through every step, confirm the data lands correctly, then launch and review the numbers once real traffic has arrived.

Output: checked launch and measurement baseline

Funnel builder, ads agency or DIY template?

Each option can work. They solve different parts of the problem, so it helps to know which part you are actually buying.

[ 08 ]frequently asked questions

Sales funnel questions, answered plainly.

The things people usually ask before they commit to a funnel project.

How much does a sales funnel cost?

There is no package price because funnels vary a lot. Cost depends on how many routes and landing pages you need, how much copy and proof must be prepared, the follow-up emails involved and the CRM or booking tools we connect. The proposal states the scope, exclusions and price before you commit, and our pricing page explains the factors.

Do you run our Google or Meta ads?

No. We do not manage ad spend. We build the landing pages, enquiry step and follow-up that paid traffic arrives into, and we work with whoever runs your ads to agree landing URLs, tracking and messaging. If you are unsure which channels suit your offer, we can advise on fit before you spend anything.

How long does it take to build a funnel?

It depends on the number of pages, how ready your content and proof are, the integrations involved and how quickly decisions get made. The proposal sets out the stages, review points and assumptions before work starts, rather than promising one timeline for every funnel, because a single landing page and a full multi-route build are very different jobs.

We have been burnt by an agency before. What is different?

That is common, and fair to raise. We agree the scope, exclusions and responsibilities in writing before work starts, you see the funnel map before anything is built, and each stage is tested before launch. We will also tell you if a smaller fix, such as one better landing page, is the more sensible spend.

Do I need the free CRISP audit first?

No, but it is a sensible start if you are not sure where enquiries are leaking. The audit scores your site across five dimensions in about 60 seconds and returns three priority fixes. The Seamless dimension looks directly at friction between interest and enquiry. If you already know the route you want built, book a call instead.

Will you guarantee more leads?

No. Anyone who guarantees leads without seeing your offer, traffic and market is guessing. What we can do is remove the obvious leaks, make every stage measurable and set a baseline, so you can see what changed once real traffic has moved through the funnel. Results depend on your offer, traffic volume and follow-up.

Who owns the pages, emails and data?

You do. Pages, copy, email templates and the enquiry data belong to your business, and we build into accounts you control wherever possible, such as your own CRM, analytics and email tools. Any hosting, platform or licence arrangements are stated in the proposal, so nothing is locked to us when the project ends.

What do you need from me, and what happens after launch?

We need access to your analytics, CRM and any ad accounts for tracking, plus someone who can answer questions about your clients and approve copy. After launch we review how enquiries moved through each stage and agree whether to refine the route, build a second one or stop. Ongoing support is scoped separately if you want it.
