Using the website

You can use this website to learn about our services, read our content, run the free audit and get in touch. Please do not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload the site with automated requests;
• submit a website address to the audit tool for a purpose that is unlawful or abusive.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the audit tool, without notice. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

The free CRISP audit is automated and indicative

The free audit is an automated tool. It scores a website across five dimensions (Contextual, Responsive, Intelligent, Seamless and Powerful) and returns a score, a grade and priority fixes. The address you enter is sent to our audit application at app.getcrisp.design for processing.

Audit results are an initial diagnostic signal, not professional advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. They are produced without a person reviewing your business, audience or goals, and they can be incomplete or wrong. You should apply your own judgement, or ask a qualified person, before making decisions based on them. The CRISP method page explains what the scores measure.

Only submit website addresses you are entitled to assess, such as your own site or one you are working on with permission.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, the CRISP method, logos and code, belongs to Fresh & Crispy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view it, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Some images on the site show fictional concept businesses. They are labelled as concepts and do not depict real clients.

Your audit results relate to your website. You are free to use them for your own purposes, including sharing them with your team or another supplier.

Information on the site

Our articles and guides are general information. We try to keep them accurate and current, but they are not tailored advice, and we do not promise that any particular approach will produce more leads, rankings or revenue.
