Website care plan · after launch
Our website care plan keeps a UK service business website working and improving each month. You get updates and fixes, a monthly CRISP re-score, speed and uptime checks, and SEO and AI search upkeep, all agreed in writing.

A website is never finished. It only gets looked after or left.
A website care plan is a monthly agreement where one team keeps your site updated, checked and improving. Most sites decay quietly after launch: plugins go out of date, a form breaks, pages slow down and new content lands wherever it fits. A care plan gives you a set number of hours for changes, regular checks, and a monthly CRISP score so you can see whether the site is moving forward or sliding back.
Every plan covers the same four areas. The hours, how often we check and the response times depend on your site, and they are written into the scope before you commit. See how we price work.

We run the CRISP audit on your site every month. You get the five scores, what changed since last month and the next three fixes we suggest.
Uptime monitoring, Core Web Vitals checks, backups, and security and plugin updates. If something breaks or slows down, we find it before your visitors do.
Search Console checks, indexing fixes, and structured data and llms.txt kept current, so search engines and AI assistants can still read the site. Bigger SEO work is scoped separately.
A care plan suits firms whose website brings in work and changes often enough that it needs an owner. It is not the right answer for a site that needs rebuilding first.
Not sure? Run the free CRISP audit. A low score usually means a focused rebuild should come first, and the care plan after it.
Most website support in the UK is either hosting with updates, or someone you call when it breaks. A care plan adds a monthly score, so the work has a direction.

The plan runs on a simple monthly loop. You see what was done and why, and what comes next.
Run the CRISP audit and the speed, uptime and Search Console checks. Compare the results with last month.

The price depends on your site and how much change you expect each month. The main factors are the platform, the number of pages and integrations, how many hours of updates you want each month and how often you need checks. You get a written scope with the monthly price, the hours included and the notice terms before anything starts.
No. We can look after a site another team built, but we audit it first. The CRISP score and a short technical review tell us what state the site is in, what access we need and what should be fixed before monthly care makes sense. If the site needs a rebuild first, we will say so.
Each month we run the CRISP audit on your site again. You get the scores across the five dimensions, a note on what moved since last month, and the next three fixes we suggest. It turns website care from a list of small jobs into a running record of whether the site is getting better.
That is set in the written agreement before the plan starts, so there is no argument later. Some sites need steady small changes; others need a quiet month and then a busy one. Tell us how your year usually runs and we will propose terms that fit it.
We do not promise rankings, and nobody can honestly. What the plan does is keep the technical basics sound: pages indexed, errors fixed, schema and llms.txt current, and Search Console issues dealt with. Bigger SEO work, such as new content or a site structure change, is scoped separately.
New pages, redesigns, new features and larger SEO projects are not part of the monthly hours. They are scoped and priced separately so the care plan stays predictable. Hosting, domain and third-party subscriptions are also separate, and we write down exactly who pays for what.
You do. We prefer that your domain, hosting and analytics stay in your own accounts, with access shared to us. If the plan ends, nothing is locked away. Ownership and access are written into the agreement before work starts.
Response times for urgent issues, such as the site going down or a broken enquiry form, are written into your agreement. We agree them with you up front rather than quote a number that does not fit your site.
Book a 15 minute call. We will look at your site, your CRISP score and how often it changes, then suggest what a care plan should cover. No pressure either way.
