Vera Music · early-access platform

Turning a complex rights product into a clear route to action.

Vera Music needed to explain how it finds and fixes catalogue metadata and registration problems, then direct two different buyers towards the right conversation.

[ 01 ]the background

Expert product. Specialist language. Two buyers.

Vera Music is a music-rights operating system built by Code Group Music. It checks identifiers, writer splits, registrations and chain-of-title data, then supports the remediation and verification of catalogue problems.

The website had to make that specialist work intelligible without flattening it into a vague software promise. It also had to serve two distinct journeys: catalogue owners who want Code Group Music to run an audit, and rights teams that want to use the platform in-house.

[ 02 ]the challenge

Prove the product before there are results.

Vera Music was entering early access, so there were no live client outcomes yet to point to. The site still needed to make a specialist, unfamiliar service feel credible on a first visit, without inflating an illustrative report into a real result.

Two different buyers were reading the same page for different reasons. Catalogue owners wanted reassurance that Code Group Music could find and fix real problems. Rights teams wanted to know if the platform itself was something they could run in-house. Neither could be an afterthought.

[ 03 ]the solution

Make the product understandable in one scroll.

01

Frame the categorypositioning

Lead with “the music rights operating system for complete catalogues”, then explain the specific gaps and errors it resolves.

CLARITY
02

Show the pipelineprocess

Turn a complex service into five visible stages: ingest, validate, flag, remediate and verify.

UNDERSTANDING
03

Make output tangibleproof

Use a clearly labelled illustrative findings report to show catalogue health, severity and corrected data without inventing a client outcome.

TRUST
04

Split the next stepjourney

Give catalogue owners an audit conversation and platform teams an early-access request, each with its own qualifying context.

ACTION
[ 04 ]the achievements

A live surface for product, service and authority.

The finished public experience gives Vera Music a focused early-access destination:

  • A category-defining proposition connected to a concrete, five-stage audit workflow.
  • A sample findings report that makes the output tangible without misrepresenting it as a client result.
  • Code Group Music’s domain experience carried through as the credibility behind the platform.
  • Two audience-specific forms, so catalogue owners and platform teams each reach the right next step.

The visual system uses warm neutrals, dark product sections, orange actions and catalogue artwork to keep the experience connected to music while allowing detailed rights language to remain readable.

The project was delivered through Flowconverts and is publicly credited on the Vera Music website. Fresh & Crispy brings that same senior design and build capability into its website design work.

[ 05 ]the results

Verified now

The site is live and the journeys can be inspected.

Vera Music’s positioning, five-stage workflow, illustrative-report disclosure, Code Group Music provenance and separate audit and platform routes are visible on the live website.

Measurement pending: no traffic, conversion, early-access, revenue or catalogue-recovery figures are claimed in this case study. Verified performance results can be added once the measurement period and source are available.
